This entrance of our apartments, envisioned and designed by Charles Zana, embodies understated elegance. Light travertine flooring and warm neutral walls create a serene foundation, while golden geometric panels frame a striking ocean view, seamlessly connecting indoors and outdoors. A curved ceiling with recessed lighting enhances the sense of openness, complemented by a gold cylindrical pendant that casts a warm, inviting glow. Zana’s signature use of natural materials and unusual proportions results in an entrance that is both sophisticated and welcoming.
Lounge & Library
A lounge that balances intimacy and openness unfolds with quiet confidence. Light travertine flooring—cool and smooth underfoot—grounds the space, while warm, neutral walls wrap it in calm. Overhead, a circular recessed ceiling light casts a soft, sculptural glow, blending illumination with artistry. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, inviting sunlight to pour in from the terrace.

Flowing effortlessly from indoors to out, the kitchen, dining area, and terrace form a unified expression of refined living. The kitchen features twin islands sculpted from honed marble, anchored beneath a ceiling of dark gridded panels and soft spotlights. Warm wood cabinetry and open shelving add functionality and texture, while sculptural stools invite casual moments.
The dining space centre’s around an elongated table and minimalist chairs, illuminated by a sweeping, branch-like chandelier. Sheer drapery filters natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of sea and greenery.
Just beyond, the travertine-wrapped terrace unfolds into an open-air sanctuary, complete with an infinity-edge pool and lush plantings—offering a serene transition between entertaining and everyday retreat.
Bedroom & Bathroom
Our serene bedroom embodies understated luxury. Warm taupe and soft cream create a soothing palette, while a deep green carpet grounds the space with quiet sophistication. The low-profile bed, dressed in crisp white linens and a casually draped throw, invites rest and ease. Soft, sculptural lamps cast a diffused glow, amplifying the room’s cocoon-like calm. Earth-toned, colour-blocked curtains frame glass doors that open onto a private terrace, where the horizon stretches wide.
